3+ new ways to organize your tasks, new task design and more

Today we're releasing some major features for Apollo. They will let you manage your tasks more efficently and stay more organized.

Custom grouping, sorting and filters

Let’s face it: task lists don’t always cut it; sometimes you just want to slice and dice your tasks as you see fit.

With this update, you can now group your task anyway you like.

New features: mark as unread, auto-subscribe, admin unsubscribe, comment notifications for milestones

Hi there,

Apollo is under very active development. Looking at our changelog, you can see that we are constantly adding new features, updating existing ones and fixing small problems. Reading the changelog is definitely boring -- plus, you don't get to see screenshots and pick the best of the best! So, here we go. Here are some of the new features that made it into Apollo yesterday:

Mark as unread

We all do it: we all want to virtually go back in time, and mark a message as unread so that we can answer it later.

Listen to others, but always trust yourself. Always.

Imagine that you sell product X. X here could be anything: to me, right now, X is Apollo, a piece of project management software that allows you to manage and organise your working and personal life. But that's just an example -- you could be selling cakes. After a while, and a lot of hard work, you become popular: people buy your cakes (and my software), and things are cruising along nicely. As you become more and more renowned, your customers start coming up with more specific requests.
