You can now set a deadline for your whole project

For quite a while, we resisted the idea that a project should have a deadline in Apollo. The main argument was that "that's what milestones are for".

In the end, due to great demand, we thought we found the perfect compromise.

When you create a new project in Apollo, you can now decide to set a project deadline:

Note that in the same form you have the option to automatically create a milestone set for that date.

You can set this deadline for existing projects by going to the projects' settings:

One great bonus of this feature is that you can now sort your projects by their due date — something that wouldn't be available just with Milestones:

Please note that milestones and project's due date are completely separate and can be changed independently.
